Rolling Mill Plant

Most modern rolling mill equipped with oil fired furnace, AC Drives for roughing stands and intermediate stands, PLC controlled DC drives for finishing mill, provision of automatic controlled vertical loopers, thermo mechanical treatment, PLC controlled flying shear and twin channel, 72 mtr long cooling bed ensures consistent quality of MANGAL TMT Bars.

  • Full fledged sample preperation and wet chemical analysis laboratory.
  • Spectrometer for chemical analysis of steel.
  • Universal testing machine for mechanical testing of HSD bars
